We are a new company , whose focus is on delivering the car enthusiast community, with the best products at the lowest cost. We have noticed most competitors provide carbon fiber parts at a relatively high cost, making it unaffordable or not practical for enthusiasts to buy. We aim to provide those parts with the best quality at the fraction of the cost. We work very closely with manufactures around the world mainly in Toronto & Hong Kong , in order to provide you guys with the lowest prices without compromising quality.

Do you do custom work?
We do custom work, in order to be cost effective for you and have it delivered on time, we usually take bulk orders. If you do have a group interested in custom work email us.
How long will it take for your product to ship ?
We aim to provide the fastest shipping possible for customers around the world. Based on our shipping location ( Hong Kong / Toronto) we give our customer a standard estimate to allow 6-10 Business days for the product to arrive, regardless of where we ship out from. In most cases it will arrive earlier.
How are your products tested?
Our products are all tested to withstand harsh enviroments such as rain, snow storm, ice and more. Our products have been put through -30 degrees up to +35 degree weathers snowstorms, rain, freezing temperatures, with no issues.
Why do you ship from 2 locations ?
We aim to find manufacturers who can provide these parts without compromising quality. We work directly with these manufacturers, who are located at different locations, so based on what you order it will ship from one of these locations but we provide a general time of 6-8 business days .
How do i check the status of my order ?
Please allow 24-48 hours (unless out of stock / made to order items ) for processing and then we will ship your item out, and then you will receive a tracking number and will be able to track it. If you have any further inquiries send us an email
Which countries do you ship to ?
We mainly ship to Canada & United States, we also cater to international customers but there maybe a delay in our usual shipment time 6-10 days based on location and additional shipping costs.
Do you pay for customs ?
Import duties, customs and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Can I pickup my order if I'm local ?
We do carry a very limited amount of stock on hand. As for now, If you want to see it locally do send us an email and we can make accommodations. Only for our Toronto location.
I placed a order and received an error message ?
If you placed an order and received an error message before checkout, please try again to place the order. If the order does not go through please email us and we will take care of your issue.
I received the wrong product, i want to exchange it ?
If you have received the wrong product, you can email us at email@example.com, and we will definitely take care of you.
I have a suggestion for a future product ?
Send us an email with what your intersted in and we will see how to go futher with it. The more interest you can bring to us with a product the better chance we can develop it.
I want a different carbon fiber product but you guys do not offer it?
We are always adding new products to our list. You will notice throughout the weeks the site will be updated with new products. For the most upto date information, follow us on Instagram/Facebook @carbonimports or email us.
