Shipping & Return

At Carbon Imports, we carefully pack every order and want your experience to be smooth from start to finish. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Shipping

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, courier delays, customs, warehouse location, or production timelines.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout to avoid delays or additional shipping costs.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery  so we can review it right away.

Please include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label. Do not install or discard the item or packaging before we review the claim.

Returns

Items must be returned back to Carbon Imports within 7 days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in its original packaging.

All returns must be approved by Carbon Imports before being shipped back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to make sure the item arrives safely.
