Warranty policy

At Carbon Imports, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident with their purchase.

Warranty Coverage

All Carbon Imports products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including major clear coat issues, structural defects, severe weave imperfections, or product concerns that are confirmed to be related to manufacturing.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by installation, removal, accidents, misuse, road debris, rock chips, normal wear and tear, harsh chemicals, improper cleaning, pressure washing too close to the product, automatic car washes, or product modifications.

Products that have been drilled, cut, sanded, painted, wrapped, ceramic coated, or altered may not qualify for warranty coverage unless the issue is clearly confirmed as a manufacturing defect.

Installation

Professional installation is strongly recommended for all carbon fiber parts.

Please test fit the product before final installation. Once a product has been installed or modified, warranty approval may be limited.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will need clear photos of the product, shipping box, all sides of the packaging, and the shipping label so we can properly review the issue.

How to Submit a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Carbon Imports with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief explanation of the concern.

Our team will review the claim carefully and work with you toward a fair solution.

Carbon fiber products are handmade, so small weave variations or minor finish differences can be normal. However, if something does not look right, please reach out, we are always happy to review it and help!
